United Methodist Women Select “Mind On The Run”

The United Methodist Women’s Reading Program Committee has selected
Mind on the Run for its 2013 reading list. The committee anticipates
that over 40,000 members of this women’s organization will participate in the
Reading Program during the coming year. The book will be available to the
membership in September 2012.

Dottie and Mind on the Run were featured in this morning’s News-Press, a Fort Myers, FL newspaper.
While she has received coverage for her advocacy for mental illness in small
town weekly newspapers in the past, this is the first time a large national
newspaper has run her story.

On March 12, Dottie will attend another Mental Health Committee meeting at
the law offices of Brennan, Manna & Diamond in Jacksonville, FL, in
preparation for a June Mental Health Symposium for the Jacksonville Bar
Association.
